Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thanks Turbo Tax Tier 1 Sunday morning my account was stuck in limbo; a Tier 1 phone rep did everything in his power to correct it but could not fix it. He gave me all of the necessary information to pass on to a different department Monday morning. When I called Monday, the rep for this dept. was ready to hang up on me until I told him I had the magic case code, this allowed for an immediate fix of my account. Thank goodness for my Tier 1 rep Johvan.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great product. harder to access this yr. have used and loved turbo tax for many yrs. in past i always just had to open an email you sent me and i was on my way to filing. this year was different. it was very difficult to get started ( apparently because i didn't remember a password from last yr.) very frustrating and took to long to get started.

The tax expert directed me to the correct way to file and the version of Turbo Tax needed. And the questions helped me interprete the form which had no box numbers. Whew!
