Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent online service! Even with the $0 version I ran into an issue (my own fault) while filing my own return and jumped on a Chat with the TurboTax CPA. They were able to lead me through my screens to fix the issue and stayed on until I was comfortable. Great service. I was also able to take pictures of W2s and other papers and it filled in the appropriate fields so I didn't have to type a lot in. Great feature.
