This year however it seems everything is geared towards selling turbotax experts doing your taxes. Almost continuous pop-ups after most entries and errors with pages that the program rebooted causing me to have to log in again. Narissa at product support was very helpful resolving a system glitch for me. She was very patient and pleasant.
