Rated 2 out of 5 by from Getting more difficult to use each year I've used Turbo Tax for many years and it seems like each year its changes/updates become more and more unnecessarily complicated. For example, it was difficult to figure out where to enter the information for applying my refund to the next year's tax. Last year this was easier. I also put in a request for a phone call-back for help and the rep who called me back had so much background noise (she must have been working from home) that I could hardly understand her. I was very respectful in my questioning however she hung up on me. It took me an inordinate amount of time to find the answer to my question on my own. It was an exasperating experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recommend Turbo tax Turbo tax is easy to navigate and offer multiple "help" options, there was some areas that were confusing, and I requested a call, they called within 10 minutes, it was a Sunday night at 9:45pm, but they called and were friendly and walked me through the 2 issues I had.

I can see where this might have been easier as a programmer, but as a user, the experience was more confusing, and the flow was less predictable.

The software is simple and the process is great and easy to follow. I've seen it change year to year but overall it keeps the same look and feel which makes it that much easier when it's time to file.
