Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Experience There was only one little hiccup regarding a mismatch between Turbo Tax and a 1099-INT and a blank field. I asked for a call back, which I received immediately. Spoke to Cameron who fixed my issue in less than a minute. I could not be more pleased! Also, I've been using TurboTax now for years. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend it to all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Least Helpful Tool This year I had to file a foreign income. Turbo Tax told me I was ineligible for the Foreign Tax Credit, although it cannot explain why. It can't explain anything, actually. And when you try to contact them, they send you to a forum of other users. Not helpful. So I paid $40 for no refund. Additionally, they told me I didn't need to file a state return, but then continued to tell me that I needed to file my state return. In the end, when trying to submit everything, I was told I need to file my state taxes BY MAIL! Which one is it, Turbo Tax? So I attempted to download the paperwork to submit by mail (although apparently I don't have to??), and they said that I couldn't download it at the moment. What a wonderful piece of software!!! Will not use next year or in the years coming.
