I've been using Turbo Tax for years and each year it's a straightforward A to Z process. It'd be even easier if I let it pull down all the numbers from my banks, work, etc. I normally find answer right where I need them, but this year I had to ask for help. Nicole "chatted" with me about a question I had. She was patient, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
