This year we accessed both a live chat and a live telephone call to address questions regarding our return. As with all previous years, these experiences have been timely, very helpful and positive. The only concern for us was in signing the "Consent to disclosure of your tax return information" this year, a more careful review of the form caused us to question the need to grant permission for other Intuit Inc. subsidiaries to have access to the same personal and business information that TurboTax requires to perform our income tax return. Overall, we feel confident that we have gotten a thorough income tax review and the best refund possible!
