The Live Help was extremely useful as I called a few times to get assistance. The representatives were knowledge and friendly. Overall great experience. I've used TurboTax for over 10 years now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Good in some ways. Heather was excellent in staying with me to the end. She kept my stress level down. Never have had this many issues but first time I have had to file state taxes in 8 years.
