Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awful! I was ignored multiple times for almost a month and it could have cost me almost $2,000! I also had to call Turbo Tax 4 times because the specialist I was assigned was either unsupported by Turbo Tax or she was ignoring me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Again Charges an Additional Fee Turbo Tax yet again is extremely frustrating with the additional fees they like to tack on after the purchase of the software. So, the Premier software comes with 5 federal e-files and a State paper return, but to e-file the State, I need to pay an extra $25. It makes no sense, just include the State e-files when I buy the software. Why would I want to e-file Federal but not State, especially when I initially tried to file my state, you told me the forms weren't ready and you would email/notify me when they were ready, but never notified me and now I need to file ASAP. Just frustrating at this point.

The repetition of the flow of sections taught me how to "find things" that I wanted to re-check later. I always felt in control. Certain arcane principles got clear explanations, and by the time I was complete with all the sections, I felt comfortable--if surprised--to see a healthy refund.
