Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a great tool to help with taxes. I have used Turbo Tax for year. It keeps improving each year. I have notice two area that need attention. Questions and proper flow of how to address current tax year excess IRA contributions especially Roths isn't quite sync'd and doesn't lead you down path of how to fix and then report earnings for current tax year once you have pulled them back out. Generally you don't get a 1099R til the next year even though you need to report any earnings as ordinary income. Again, system doesn't lead you that way. Also tax advisors get confused with what is the meaning of Prior Tax year and they think it is year 2022 because you are working on your taxes in year 2023.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Challenging Review this year but got through it In general Turbo Tax worked OK but it did not ask me about things related to my retirment that I expected it to and made it more challenging than it needed to be. I had a lot of forms that had to be manually entered because Turbo Tax could not import them from the institutions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had questions about husbands disability The person i spoke to was very knowledgable but when i went to ask about this questions it said to ask for free n that was the only reason i did that. Not happy that I paid for it.
