Rated 2 out of 5 by from serious flaws that need adderssed overall cheaper than having someone else prepare your tax's but pay close attention when importing forms from other financial institutes (fidelity) often key box's are left blank which could cost your serious money. Or entire forms won't import and if your not paying attention could cause you to get audited.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo = Fast + Accurate This is the simple and easy way to do your tax filing... if you have extra income from rentals or just employment income ...they make the whole process very easy ..so easy and step by step with help box to explain as you go along .... I feel safe with security, password and ID. Thanks for making it simple and safe

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax is convenient Turbox tax is good. I do think it's pretty shady to charge an extra 40 dollars to have your payment come out of your tax refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time User - Worked Great The system was very easy to use. Coached me all the way. Made it simple to enter data and forms. Did all the calculations. Got all the answers I needed (which was only one). E-file was easy as was refund and payments. Couldn't have been easier. Will definitely use TurboTax again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy peasy, with expert help. Turbo Tax has all the forms you need to do anything that comes up. I also got stumped with a form having to do with the passing of an aunt that I never needed before and was unfamiliar with. I needed to use one of the tax experts, Jody, she did a share screen and walked me through the whole process. Thank you Jody, and Thank you Turbo Tax!
