Rated 5 out of 5 by from I use TurboTax every year I have used TurboTax for the last few years and am definitely a fan of the simplicity of filing using their software. Previous to using TurboTax, I use to do the forms manually. I will never go back to that headache again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Well... Needed to redo the schedule E worksheet, but once entered value was made I was not able to go back or searching for a way to clear it had no results. I had to delete it altogether. not happy at all!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not quite as simple as it once was I've been using turbotax for many years. When I first used it, I was blown away by how straightforward and simple it was. There were plain-language questions that were asked, and I understood what was being asked of me. Now, it seems that turbotax expects me to read every question closely and review a bunch of different categories of things that may or may not apply to me. It even puts some confusing buttons like "start review" for things that clearly do not apply to me. It's still a good product and not as bad as the IRS instructions (not a high bar to clear), but I wish that the questions were designed in a way to allow me to just give some yes or no answers to simple questions and THEN ask me all the specific questions about numbers and such.
