Rated 2 out of 5 by from I DO LOVE TURBOTAX HAVE BEEN USING SINCE IT BEGAN It took a LONG time to figure out I needed to turn my firewall off when trying to add my credit card. I even called the number where I was given a confirmation number and told my taxes where submitted. after turning off firewall it took minutes to finally add card and submit and save my taxes.Your help desk should be told to tell callers this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from More complicated than previous free filing years It was often difficult to go back to correct sections. It looped around multiple times for the investment sections and was very unclear. Frustrating but I got through it.
