Rated 4 out of 5 by from Taxes Easy but Must Review Everything was very easy. The only problem I had was at the end during review. Schedule D has a box that requires Yes or No. At no time was I asked this question. I call help desk and Shatina went through every step with me. We could not find Question to answer for Schedule D form. We deleted 1099B and re-entered. Still after answering all questions given the Schedule D box was not check Y or N - just blank. She concluded that box did not have to be checked in order to file and the return would not be rejected for no check.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Free but not really Great tool for the average person who doesn't want to spend years learning how to file taxes themselves but It's disappointing when you have to "file something "special"" and they force you to upgrade to finish, after you already spent nearly an hour filling everything out. Not only does it come up as a surprise at the end, they will also charge you for each filing, $59 twice, once for Fed and another for State.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. Even though my tax situation is fairly complex, I am able to complete my taxes quickly and accurately using this product. I could not recommend it more!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just a couple of things Overall, I find Turbo Tax a good program but there are a couple of things that are more difficult than they need to be. One is the alimony deduction I have to find the option every year, the other is the 529 savings entries.
