Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very poor for such a mature product Makes you enter too much info from prior year instead of retrieving it for you. Also makes you enter routing info like 8 times. More than twice is asking for problems. Really does not have good 3rd party support for importing W2's, 1099's

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Glitches in system I have called over 10 times trying to finish my taxes. Glitches in the system emails sent with error messages did not prompt me to correct. The people I called tried their best to assist me. However, I kept getting my taxes rejected. If I get another rejection, I will use HR Block for next year's taxes.
