Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is my favorite way to do taxes I enjoy the easy to do way turbo tax explains everything to help me in preparing my taxes. I have been using this for years and even though I had to wait on turbo tax updating the Covid 19 forms, it was again very easy to prepare my taxes.

Lost all of my personal information and after jumping through hoops to get on the phone with someone they told me they didn't know why or how it happened and couldn't help us. Then they said they'd give us 50% off code, which didn't work. When we called back to obtain a new 50% off code, they said they could only give us 20% off. I will never recommend Turbo Tax to anyone and I'll never be back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fees? It seems as tho every year i use turbo tax the fees keep going up when i just want the free service not the deluxe and it doesn’t give me the option not to use that feature

That doesn’t even begin to scribe the words for the person that helped me with my tax return I could not have done it without him he was a blessing I know absolutely nothing about a tax return and he made it so easy and I got $1600! They also made it easy to pay for and it could’ve been free if I wanted to but I chose to have them go over it for a $40 or $45 that they can just simply take out of my return TurboTax makes it so easy
