Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life is much simpler with Turbotax After an initial panic....when I was advised I needed to recheck a page, it went smoothly, and quickly. Of course, my life is much simpler now, so the need for expensive personal help is less...have used TurboTa in past, glad to be back

Rated 4 out of 5 by from trying to submit returns I was satisfied with the time to enter data and results. I was VERY unhappy when it came to transmit my forms. I forgot my password but was not directed to a location to change it. This was after I received a verification code, which was accepted. It was my opinion that you prefer that we pay the extra $40.00
