Rated 5 out of 5 by from Every year they never fail to help and amaze me! Using Turbotax is easy and if you follow the instructions and read carefully, it is as if someone is sitting there helping you. It even updated while I was doing my taxes. This is very impressive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Experience and worse of all had to paid I got the deluxed version, which was supposed to have free E filing for Fed and State, Had to paid 25 dollar for transmission fee for my state tax. Similarly, the software update for the 10200 unemployment extension never happened and TurboTax employees so call "experts" had no Idea what I was talking about.
