Rated 2 out of 5 by from some good some bad I only used Turbo tax to get a discount and to get my sister a $25 gift card for the referral. We got neither. Had to search the internet for contact info and waited a long time to talk to someone who tried hard to resolve this and failed. I could have used my usual (Tax Act) and got it done cheaper and faster.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Laurel was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were paired with tax expert Laurel and she was such a delight to work with! She made the entire process a smooth one. Her tax knowledge and expertise were evident and the time she spent with us, to truly understand our specific tax situation, let us know that we were in great hands. Laurel was super responsive and she even took the time to explain things to me that no other tax expert had ever done. 10/10 experience!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buggy Software The "prepare to be amazed" auto-transfer of info from your banking institution DOESN'T WORK. And the software makes all kinds of assumptions THAT ARE WRONG and cannot be fixed. I spent hours today trying to do a relatively simple tax return, plus another 40 minutes on the line with a very, very nice customer service rep who also couldn't fix the problems. We ended up having to trash an entire form and start over manually entering all the information again. Am I amazed? NOT AT ALL.
