At the bottom of this review form is a questionnaire about "Life Changes"... Buying a plug-in hybrid isn't a selection? it's worth more than a child?!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Makes Filing Any Taxes a Breeze I have been using TurboTax for over 10yrs. They have simplified the tax filing process with easy to understand steps. If I don't know the answer, I just look it up which helps to explain. Overall I highly recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Charged for Premium Without Confirming I was told I needed to buy Premium TurboTax and began inputting my card info. I come to find it's almost $200 so I was going to fill out my tax forms by hand. TurboTax automatically charged me without me confirming, which forced me to just use TurboTax. I tried contacting customer service but all options just led me to automated messages.
