I am 78 years old, and totally blind in my Left Eye...I don't see real well; but I almost could not real or even see All the sheets that had a BLACK BACKGROUND and GREY INSTRUCTION LETTERS. I tried to adjust any settings in my Windows Control Panel, or look for some adjustment setting within the TurboTax app...nothing made the corrections to a plain WHITE BACKGROUND with BLACK LETTERS or NUMBERS !? Some program writer must have created this Grey Fonts on a Black Background. I want a simple default to EASY TO READ Functions. I will check for the 2022 tax return year with TurboTax Deluxe before committing to future TurboTax

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Benefits If you do your taxes one time with TurboTax, all following submittals are greatly simplified. Though the interface seemed a bit different this year (2021 filing) it may have had to do with the tax law changes. I've been using TurboTax for nearly 10 years and have never had any complaints. First year took longer...but as already mentioned, once you file one time all following years are greatly simplified.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Several Glitches I encountered several problems using Turbo Tax this year. First of all, when I tried to import investment information from my brokerage firm it ended up in and eternal loop. Ultimately, I had to enter the information by hand. Next, there was no obvious way to choose and enter estimated taxes; I had to search the help section to find the information I needed, and it wasn't easy. Finally, I wanted to check on the Economic Stimulus payments. Again, I had to search the help section. It was not obvious on the actual return pages. I think Turbo Tax should refund some of the fee I paid since I had to do a portion of the data entry myself!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Helpful I think using Turbotax is very easy. I like the ease and simplicity of it all. If I had to change anything I would just say maybe more written breakdown on things that don't make sense to us folk who know nothing about taxes, other than that easy peasy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfied with Turbo Tax Turbo Tax seems to be more seamless and efficient. I no longer have to go back and manually make corrections that should have been programmed into the software. It was virtually painless this year.
