Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even a Child Can Do It Turbo Tax is and always has been our go to for taxes. It's easy,fast and user friendly. We had to wait a week to file state after filing federal. When we submitted state to file it said it was delayed. Was not sure if our info was saved and if we needed a transaction number b/c we had already paid for both filings.Service rep helped us with all our questions.

Can't wait to continue to use the service provided Great Service, Easy to Use, i prefer doing my taxes myself One tool i'm fond of is, having the option to have an expert help guide through the process of E-filing. When using TurboTax's features they are focused driven to help off sorts of situations you may encounter.
