Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unable to print forms and unable to get support Unable to print forms and unable to get support on the issue. How am I supposed to mail the forms to the IRS now? I paid TurboTax to file my return, in which printing the forms is an integral part. How can I get a refund?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Live Help is sub-par and not worth the money I had to explain that I knew I was eligible and met all requirements for a higher deduction and read from IRS articles in order to get help in any way, I was told I should file an extension even though I was done and only needed to know how to enter it in the software correctly in order for it to take, I finally was given a job-aid that worked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow, so much better than other software! I am so impressed with TurboTax. I did my taxes with TaxAct and TaxSlayer and they were not nearly a user friendly AND I didn't feel as confident in their programs. I'm so glad I used TurboTax this year.
