Rated 4 out of 5 by from Filing state tax was a bit difficult. Federal tax was straight-forward. I filed Federal by e-file first while I considered the state. When I decided to file the state with e-file the program would not continue from where I stopped. ???

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Once again, trouble with downloaded State forms Had a little trouble with Fed forms, but that was user error more than anything. I am just not familiar with the tax forms and some of the lingo. The problem was with the purchased and downloaded State return. When I 1st tried to file the State along with the Fed - the end of February - it told me that form had not yet been approved by Ga. About a week later, during the daily update, the GA forms were included. Filled out the GA form, went to e-file it too and get an error telling me that I need to review again because something was wrong. Go through the review again, and it tells me because I selected something - which I did not - I had to fill out the film movie income credit forms. My business has nothing to do with movie making. After numerous reviews, after continuously being prompted, it would say I could file, I would click e-file, and it would pop back up with an error. A total loop. After over a week, numerous updates to software, and more than 30 attempts to efile the state forms, I gave up and will try to print the forms and mail them in. I do not have a printer, so I will have to find somewhere to print them. Would have been easier and cheaper to just use the free on-line state forms on the DOR website. Had a problem last year with e-file as well. Thought it had gone through to find out later it had not. When I did file, it was past the deadline and I had to pay a penalty. Very frustrating. Tried to find how to get live help, but could only find the forum to ask a question and see what others had answered. They were no help. Going to mail form in and be done with it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from All those hidden fees!!! The product was fast and easy until the "free" Turbotax turned into $120.00 just as it was ti$me to send it. Apparently can't do HSA. It did the HSA because nothing more was done after the upgrade to Deluxe. Paid the stinkin' 120.00, then that made an automatic $55.00 fee for state tax, no for warning on that. Tried to delete the state tax, but of course wouldn't let me. VERY VERY disappointing. Then it asked about fee payment, didn't know I would be charged anoter $40.00 on my "free tax". Thank GOD I got out of that. Us ing Turbotax because I can't afford to be paying to file my taxes. So, thanks for that!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Why can't I import from Quickbooks online I bought turbotax thinking I could import directly from quickbooks online. After 20 hrs of research and 5 calls to both customer support lines I determined I couldn't import from QBO. Please correct this for next year.
