Rated 5 out of 5 by from My tax professional Angel was great I switched to turbotax full service this year because the company that did my taxes the last two years made several costly mistakes. I explained all of that to my tax pro Angel and she made sure to review my last 2 years returns for me during her review of my taxes. Not only was the experience pain free, but she discovered another way to save me money based on something my last tax person missed. Would recommend. The interface is super easy for your review of the results as well. Nobody likes tax time, but might as well use turbo tax full service and make it as pain free as possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use! Makes tax season less stressful! I don't like doing my taxes but Turbo Tax makes it easy and simply to do in just over an hour. I will always use Turbo Tax when doing my taxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly good experience with Turbo Tax this year Generally, it was easy to follow and guided me through my tax preparation. I thought the offer for "Premium" was misleading as a new screen would appear to offer this version when I wanted to speak to a tax preparer. Since I didn't use these services, I guess I was charged for them anyway. Secondly, it was not clear as to how to remove an old 1098 that didn't apply this year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great but too buggy for price Every year I get sucked into using turbotax for convenance and end up with $300 less on my return... The fees are an outrage and just feel like you're getting ripped. Then on top of it they create a buggy user interface that will cross data into wrong places for some reason so I always end up on the phone with someone talking me though their website like I am a 70 year old.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Upsell is frustrating. I do not like TurboTax continued effort to upsell to a more expensive version. Several times while working on the return, I had to select what version is wanted. In addition, takes quite a bit of time to complete the return. Lots of buttons to move to the next screen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not file! I have been filing with turbotax for 7 years now, and not one year have i had to PAY money to pay to file my state taxes with my refund. So i had to pay 59 to even file my taxes (never had to do before) and then pay 39 to be able to pay the 59 with the refund i was getting, ALSO never had to do. I will not be filing with turbotax ever again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good software. the medical mileage was confusing. Had miles but was unable to use it because of software. Wish you could preview some pages in the return before filing. Wanted to see how the filing status changed the refund. No detail available. Great in asking the questions pertinent to the return. will use again.
