I am very impressed and satisfied with how TurboTax is able to work you through the tax filing process and also find a plethora of ways to save money. Thank you TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Encouraging software I like that it asks me clear and simple questions I can understand and deal with, 1 at a time. I feel that it holds my hand and gets me through the process - like a teacher in the classroom or a mentor. It's encouraging and fun too which is pleasant.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good as I thought for a first time user! I was not able to put my exact situation into the response boxes and I do not think my refund is correct. I will be getting back no where near what I usually get back. I feel like I have been ripped off using this service but it’s last minute so this is my fault for not contacting a professional.
