Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had known error and poor service the 1st call Product had known error on the Virginia State 502 'Apportionment' form. First time I called the guy didn't know how to access my computer to view my screen. I sent him my tax file and he said he would call back the following day with a solution. He never called. I finally called and spoke to someone who told me to delete the erroneous form. We finally got it to work. I pay too much for this software to deal with these glitches and terrible service.
