Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wish I know whether I need premium plan earlier I only know I need the premium plan in the very end when it says the free version cannot fill tax for me because of my foreign bank accounts. Otherwise, the process has been smooth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is amazing... Taxes are not I love Turbo Tax and have been using it for many many years. I HATE doing taxes and find the tax laws ridiculous, but with Turbo Tax it helps limit my headache. If only they had a program to stop taxes all together ( but clearly that will never happen). So until there is a perfect world where taxes are no longer a thing I will be using Turbo Tax to limit my annoyance and be able to do taxes from my living room in my PJ's

When I answered one of the questions in a way that would have led me to file an extra state filing, I was able to easily chat with an expert to make sure I did the right thing in real time. I avoided an unnecessary state filing and completed all federal and state forms in less than three hours, including the time logging into various sites to download statements. My expert, Kathy was knowledgeable and helpful.
