Rated 5 out of 5 by from SUPER EASY !! Using Turbo Tax is so easy...it walks you thru everything step by step...The cost of preparation is less than half of what an in person tax preparer would cost... and I feel like I got the best refunds possible... I will continue to use Turbo Tax!!!

They do tend to promote their additional services heavily, but that's the price you pay when dealing with a leader in the industry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best At-Home Tax Filling I have used other services and will be sticking with TurboTax from now on. Used their competitor last year, my return was rejected, and I did not receive notification until the IRS sent me a letter months later. I didn't think anything of it because my previous return took almost a year due to COVID issues, and I thought it was the same last year. Very upsetting, had to buy the software from TurboTax and mail it in but I do not trust the other company to fix the last one.
