Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fairly Easy but a little confusing I followed all the instructions and got to the end of filling in my tax info, purchased live help, clicked on "live chat". Chat didn't work well. 1st chat person left chat. 2nd person wanted to phone call, but I didn't know that, and missed her call. Never got to get my question answered. I also purchased Turbo Tax last year from retailer, but purchase this year from Website didn't link with last years return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful! TurboTax walks you step by step through each step of filing federal and state taxes. Each step is thoroughly explained and has extra explanation, if needed. I couldn't recommend using TurboTax more!
