Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good site, but still charging for low income folks The first year I used Turbo tax it was free for both federal and state. Then just federal, and now I get charged for both. Might look into another company next year. Otherwise the software and site itself are great!

Keeps everything saved and also explains the process as I fill out my taxes which helps out a lot. Turbo Tax is very friendly to those who may have just begun to file their own taxes which makes one save even more money as they will not be spending it on a service to simply just fill in the blanks of their tax information.
