Rated 1 out of 5 by from i started at 11 am finally did it myself well i got all my w2s filed online like i have for past 8 yrs and a error came up about information worksheet for diastter distbution i called and it remotely wen through i had to hang up becasue i had to do it all over did it again same thing called again same thing spoke 2 4 peolpe and no one could figure it out i deleted my whole profile re did it myself i have a code for a free upgrade i didnt get and i will be going else where after 8 yrs

Their expert game me great information, checked my return with me, sent me some much needed forms by email, and made efiling with new dependents, a move, a new business much easier.
