Rated 2 out of 5 by from Costly bugs After decades of using Turbotax, I am officially done. A major known bug with the mortgage interest calculation almost cost me a couple thousand dollars. The issue was identified by multiple users back in Feb. 21, but no fix was made in an update. Also, error check takes me back to questions I was never asked during the process. Even when hitting the final submit button (after error check, paying for state, etc.), it still went back to an "error" on the W-2 (not truly an error, as the value was entered correctly). Overall, not a good program anymore. Very buggy and unreliable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good I think this product is an excellent value. The only complaint I have is with the balance sheet. I think more explanations and assistance is needed for this part of the program. Other than that, Turbo tax saves my life each year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from simple return cost way to much my return this year could not have been simpler. I had 1 W2 and 1 1099. I picked up some gig work on the side to make up for my reduced pay due to covid. I only made $1700 and I had to pay for self employment edition just to put mileage expenses. unlikely i'll be using again next year. I can go to an CPA for that price
