Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's never really free :( The ads about turbo tax always make me upset bc it has never been free for me, it always says my taxes are too complicated!!! But I still use it because I don't know what else to do :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Seems like It costs more for less Last year I remember having access to a live person without having to pay more so this year it was frustrating to have to pay extra for something that was free last year. It was also a bit frustrating that I didn't have access to the forms and could only fill them out using the questions. I do like that it is online now and easier to access. I also had a great experience with the online live tax help, the person was very helpful and kind.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax 2020 needs help My taxes were almost done. I saved them. It didn't save them right and overwrote a new blank file. Instructions overall are poor . Sucks this year. When I restarted from ground zero it didn't pull up info from prior years

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Charitable Donations Error= Headache Sooo good usually. But the charitable donation error was the worst. The website labeled the problem as fixed. It was not. The forums and official directions weren't exactly right for my case. Ended up on the phone and scheduled to wait on hold for 40-45 mins. I started tinkering around in the tax data tab and had to change the form manually. Wish I would have known that before. The original error message created this circle of figure out the right number or file by mail. Not great. Outside of that, really great product.
