Not one time did we use your experts for doing our taxes, I am not happy that we got charged over 200.00 for this years tax year, we tried to fix this but your system would not allow that, we will never do that again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is sneaky So, if you don't read about the State Filing then it'll cost you $25 to file after you went to Costco and got the version that included state. Either way they get you because you have to pay postage or whatever for filing. TurboTax is very deceptive like that.
