Rated 4 out of 5 by from Promotional Discount I have used Turbo Tax over years and I have been satisfied mostly. I was a little annoyed that they offered 20% off and then took it back while filing. It would have been nice to use the 20% off code.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kind of begs to be used again when used prior year I hate all the upsell junk that we are pestered with throughout the process over and over. I an not happy with the cost of state efile and feel it is a money grab. I don't like how hard it is to find out why we are entering certain expenses for example....how might this effect us if we know we want standard deduction already. I Don't like that when you are in forms you can not click on a box and find out where that number came from. I did not really like the whole race thing this year, but it did not bother me too much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was quick and easy to use! I've filed my taxes through TurboTax for the last 4 or 5 years. Always received my refund in a timely manner and never had any issues while using this platform. The only thing I wish was different is that NC residents could file for the advancement on their taxes. Other than that one detail I've had nothing but great experiences with TurboTax!
