Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Easy to Use A+++ This is the third year I am using Turbotax and I love it! It is always a little tricky when working in one State and living in another. It was very easy to import all of my information and finish filing within an hour. Doing my taxes is not a headache anymore!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs an overhaul of design and input I need to be able to change the email address it uses. I need to combine account. I have a vision problem that makes the layout hard to read.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from To Continue or Not to Continue Have used Turbotax for almost 20 years and have taught my daughters to use Turbotax to complete their taxes. This is the first year I have run into a problem so frustrating that I said I would never use Turbotax again. I finally got through to someone at Turbotax, and they said it was a Windows problem. After three days of troubleshooting, I uninstalled Turbotax and reinstalled it. It worked fine after that. I had been specifically told that I should not do that. So you can see why I am questioning Turbotax and it's support group.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax covers the basics Had a challenging time this year reporting/recording points paid on my new mortgage. Ended up having to go to Forms, and entering myself. Took about an hour to figure out, and get it to stick....significant amount of money for me. Somebody missed a step in the loop.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Your program sucks! MFJ both retired for several years, my pension is taxable federally & nontaxable for state purposes, MA. Program got it right for IRS, but it would not allow me to make it nontaxable for DOR/MA. It kept telling me & flagging the item. Initially I thought I input something incorrectly (hey it happens) but when I go back & filled it out in both ways to input a federal pension, its either nontaxable for federal, or nontaxable for state. I know I'm not the only person this applies to. And besides you charged me for it!
