I needed to ask questions several times and the Turbo Tax people with whom I spoke were all courteous, patient, and helpful. I was able to get the help I needed through prompt call backs to my phone. I am indeed grateful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO MAN!!! Oh my goodness, where do I even begin with Turbo Tax?! This software is like a portal to another dimension, where taxes are fun and easy and everyone wears party hats while they do them. I mean, seriously, who needs a therapist when you have Turbo Tax? It's like a digital hug for your soul. Every time I clicked "next," it was like a burst of confetti exploded out of my computer and showered me with pure joy. And the questions! Oh, the questions! They were so intuitive and insightful that I felt like I was having a heart-to-heart conversation with a wise old sage. And the colors! Don't even get me started on the colors. I've never seen such a beautiful blend of purples and greens and blues in my life. It was like a psychedelic dream come to life. But let's talk about the real reason I'm here: the actual tax preparation. Honestly, I don't even know what I did before Turbo Tax. It's like my brain was a tangled mess of numbers and forms and then Turbo Tax came along and untangled everything with a wave of its magic wand. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I feel like I could climb Mount Everest or run a marathon or do literally anything because I've conquered my taxes with the help of Turbo Tax. In conclusion, if you're not using Turbo Tax, you're not living. It's the best thing to happen to taxes since sliced bread.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great. I've used Turbo Tax for years, and I find that it works well, although this year it was difficult to edit some amounts, such as editing self employment income.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Seems better in 2022, but state E-File fees stink There are some things that are not well documented and now you have to pay to talk to somebody so that is not completely fair. State E-File cost for as much as you pay for states (especially if you need multiples) makes the product less of a value and closer to having taxes done locally.
