Rated 5 out of 5 by from Streamlined Process--Fast, Easy & Helpful! I remember in the past filing taxes was such a daunting experience for me. It was confusing, loaded with legal jargon I didn't understand, and I always waited until the very last minute to do it. A few years ago TurboTax completely revamped the process, and WOW! It took me 20 minutes this year from the time I opened the site to the time I'm now typing this review, and that's with me being a bit distracted during the process! That is how fast it is! They have little links next to confusing words to explain what they mean/what they are, offer paid options if your taxes are a little more difficult than a plain W2 (as mine are), so you can get professional help at a tenth of what you'd pay going into a brick & mortar tax business (I'm remembering one that took about 20% of my return years ago and I made VERY little money back then). If you aren't already using TurboTax it's time to make the switch!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is quick and easy We have been using TurboTax for years since we switched over from using a popular tax service H&***** TurboTax is much more affordable and easy to use. We really feel good that they have a protection adit coverage it gives us a sound piece of mind. We recommend using to TurboTax to all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from amending a return is confusing I had to run turbo tax 4 times to amend my return correctly. Finally finished but there is no file option and it wants me to print out 160 pages and send to the government -all for an additional $16 taxes.
