Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does it's job, but is not perfect This year seemed much more problematic. It was a good thing I had the back up knowledge of having done this before and of the IRS.gov to go and look things up. The "in program helps" really were not good enough this year to explain the what and why of item. Also used the Turbo Tax community that helped with work arounds for some glitches in the program but did not seem to answer my exact tax question (ie do I include...). Also Program had huge difficulties with the figuring of 2021 Estimated payments. It was using 2020 info as 2021 info and with Covid there is no way that it is going to be the same. Putting in amounts that I thought were going to add up did not give me the results that I was expecting and only going to the IRS site did I finally understand what Turbo Tax was asking me to enter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS FAMILY TRADITION I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS , I THINK WE HAVE ALL OUR CHILDREN AND NOW GRANCHILDREN USWING YOU ,LOL . I GUESS YOU COULD SAY TURBO TAX IS A FAMILY TRADITION NOW .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from With your Hand it Over I saved BIG TIME My wife and I had alot going on last year, unemployment because of Covid, taking money out of my IRA with the Cares Act, and having to quit work at all because of Disability. I tried to do it my self online with Turbo Tax and got overwhelmed. So I handed it of to Turbo Tax and Liang was wonderful, talking with me and long story short. She saved what I thought I was going to pay from $21000.00 to only $2910 which excluded my State Tax! Thank you Turbotax and your representative Liang.
