All questions or concerns that arose during tax preparations were always satisfied with a click of the mouse. Instructions throughout are easy to follow, and I really like the immediate feedback that comes with T-Tax's review of both my Fed and State returns before I hit the SEND key on the electronic return forms.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fix your interface I made a mistake and entered that I had a HSA when in fact I had an FSA. Turbotax failed to update the information. And I could not remove it myself. That's horrible service.

It walks me through everything so I am confident that I don't miss anything. I had trouble getting my e-file accepted and Dena on the service desk solved the problem immediately.
