It is taking me probably about over a month to get my taxes done by a “” professional and all they have done is scared me thinking that I could have identity theft I’ve had incompetent people doing my taxes nobody knows what’s going on nobody can tell me anything they’ve screwed them up a couple times and I’ve had to start all over all the way to the beginning this is the worst experience of my life

Make the more information button available on all screens and make it easy to understand. Could have saved me a lot of wasted time. And get rid of this nickname waste of time too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I'm not so thrilled anymore! I needed to correct a previous year return error, it was a nightmare changing it! Even your agents were having fits trying to find my corporate depreciation error. It is now corrected and have several amended returns to file. What a mess!
