Rated 2 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX HAS MEMORY RECALL ISSUES I installed and setup Turbo Tax a couple months ago, entered the license key, logged on to my account, update TT and then saved and shutdown. 6 weeks later, I open TT and start updates, NOTHING is saved, have to re-enter license key and logon to my Intuit account again. Then, as I go through the filing, I have to enter my checking information twice (fed & state) - even tho I am asked if I want to use the same account as my fed refund. Seems like TT has short term memory issues....
