Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficulty in transmitting return. Information was carried over from previous year that prevented transmittal of Federal tax return. Had to call 3 times over 2 days talking to 4 persons to get someone who could help. The second person hung up. The fourth one was a CPA who was able to identify the problem and eliminate a form that had prevented the transmittal. I also wish I would get confirmation of payment.
