Customer service was very helpful in advising what deductions I was able to claim since even though I was still a County employee, I have worked from home the last 12 months. Needed to know if I was able to claim my internet and my cell phone since I do not get reimbursed from the agency for these items.

The help sections can be useful most times. It does hits some snags now and then, and it tries to up sell you, but if you are mindful, it can get the job done.
