Rated 3 out of 5 by from Took too long This was an excruciating process for me. The prompt at the beginning said it would take 45 minutes. Four hours and 15 minutes later, it said the process was done. But there was actually several more things to do. After paying Turbo Tax I still had to fill out info for paying the IRS, the state, and yet more things to fill out to actually file my taxes. I entered an extra state at the beginning, and then realized I only have to pay taxes in one state. I was not able to remove the extra state, and the screen kept saying that my filing was incomplete. I hope I don't get in trouble for this. Five plus hours later, and I am totally exhausted and not sure that I filed everything correctly. I was told this process would be easy, but it was not easy for me. Give me paper forms and a pen any day over this soul crushing process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth and Easy Have used TurboTax for many years. It is easy to use, but I have to say earlier versions were a bit easier. Still, I'm a senior and a widow, and I can use all the help I can get. For sure I wouldn't be able to do this without TurboTax.
