Rated 3 out of 5 by from Familiarity Didn't have to yell darn it as many times as last year. Expected to have to pay for use, this year, so payment window was no surprise. The "free, free, free" commercials made me think it was free to use TurboTax and I was mad to have to pay for use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax makes filing easy for common users Turbo tax usually is able to upload my tax information from my employers and automatically fill in the appropriate boxes to make filing go a lot faster. Their questions are clear and have help tabs if there is something you do not understand.
