Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes tax prep easy My tax expert Sharonda is delightful and really knows what she is doing. She helped me with a few confusing areas and fixed an error that I had made. She also explained my taxes and helped me to plan better for next year. She is fantastic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall impressed This is the first time filing my own taxes after years of having a tax associate prepare for me. So much easier than I expected. Questions were answered promptly. I will say that not each tax help associate is equal. My first one, Karen, was phenomenal and well versed. Others just googled the same questions I did- so I didn't like that. Either way, will be back next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is charging too much for basics I am disappointed that turbo tax now requires you to "upgrade" and pay MORE money just to simply enter expenses on a 1099. While its convenient, its taking full advantage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX MAKES IT EASY Taxes can be scary and frustrating but with TurboTax my fears are melted away. I enjoy the pop ups and extra information on items I am not familiar with. I feel that I get more incite on my taxes and what deductions I qualify for.
