Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many questions for math specialists Prefer to use TaxAct but they got too expensive and can't afford them. Loved their use of actual forms pictures to fill in data; TurboTax is too picky-une about asking and re-asking if things were entered properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FULL SERVICE EXPERIENCE Living in Japan this new live call feature saved me. It has been so hard to finish my taxes since I am stationed over seas, but with the new Full Service Experience I was able to get my taxes done under 2 hours!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbox Tax Full Service - highly recommended First, the tax assistant was great at interviewing me to address certain write-offs that I could qualify for. She/he/they were awesome at educating me on what documents I needed to find and submit. My tax expert was top notch and addressed every question i had with detail. I will definitely use this service again next year. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All in all great to use I love using turbo tax I've been using it now for 3 years However I don't understand why u have to download a special Edition for free filer if u fall in that bracket u should just get it not be forced to pay for deluxe or any of your other products!!
