Rated 3 out of 5 by from No software support for desktop version When I called support nobody could help me w/ the issue I reported. Instead I was told to start from scratch by using the online version - what a waste of time. Especially since it behaves slightly differently from the desktop version which then required me to figure out why my refund was different across the two version. What a hassle.... Entering a 1099-R (ROTH conversion) was not straight-forward. The step-by-step process cannot handle it. Further, the Form 8582 line 1c (prior year's unallowed losses)) information got transferred incorrectly from my past TT returns, so there was mismatching info between Form 8582, 8582 AMT, Schedule E. It was a painful process fixing this.
