Rated 3 out of 5 by from Software Glitch holds up the Medical Deductions I have been a customer for 10+ years. Not happy this time around. In the Federal returns, the Medical Deductions section would not work correctly. After the first entry of numbers, I could not longer edit any number or add to a blank field. This probably cost me a state credit around $1000.

This was my first time filing taxes on my own.I was very nervous that I would input the wrong info, but Turbo Tax made it very user friendly and informative! Clarification was provided through every step of the process. It was a great learning experience and would highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! I have been using TurboTax for years. It is easy to use and I love the ability to e-file returns and receive refunds/make payment through the software. I would highly recommend this software to anyone that prefers to file their own returns or wants to avoid paying an accountant to do it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax is expensive I just finished my taxes with this company only to find out they are charging me alot more than I had thought they were. I dont want to start over again so i agreed to finish up and pay them. Never using turbo tax again. They should let you know how much it costs up front like I just found out H&R Block does.
