Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax bank tax import from bank fails I wasted an hour and half trying to import bank info. Each time I followed all directions, I got "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax." Turbo Tax would exit, restart, but no info was there. And so the process repeated itself. I had no issues with Fidelity imports. I finally decided to manually enter in Bank data from bank statements. I've been with Turbo Tax since 3" floppy disks in early '90s. VERY disappointed. This version is obviously not ready for Prime Time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly user friendly TurboTax is fairly user friendly. Finding some forms, or locations for items, can be daunting, but if you ask online, the question forum usually has the answers. Better descriptions of some tax questions would be useful.
