Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was really disappointed with using Turbo Tax this year. I have been using TurboTax for many years. The lack of instructions an guidance on filling out the forms and what information belongs in what section was horrendous. You advertise that there is support available if we need it. Well I got more answers from just googling what I was trying to understand, than to go by your help section. I guess next year I will just need to go to a CPA. It won't cost me anymore than what all this did. Talk about nickel and dime you for everything. As if paying for the program wasn't enough. I know my comments will fall on deaf ears, but at least I feel better expressing how I feel.
