Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as user-friendly as previous years Not as user-friendly as previous years and the constant prompts to upgrade to a more expensive version got REALLY annoying. They really need to cut back on that. The help blurbs were also very unclear in many cases and did not do as good a job at explaining as past years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Getting better every year This is my 5th year filing tax with Turbo Tax. It improves every year, it's is less complicated and I didnt have to go back and change things over and over this year, which i love. However, I didnt like how they advertise how much it will cost when filing. It always tricks people to get the "free" one when it's not actually free. I also find it annoying when I had to redo everything again just because I chose the Self-Employee version in the beginning and find out I could've switched it to Deluxe version. I spent 2-3 hours just to redo and re enter all my tax info.
